I totally agree! I was mad at Bella in the books when she kissed Jacob outside the tent! IDK, I've loved both films so far and am sure I'll love Eclipse. I think in the books, you can steer your mental images to what you want to happen. In the movies they are providing the images there for you see more of the triangle then us Edward fans would like.

Im staying away from clips and trailers. Ive seen more then I wanted already, I fear but my opinion is that Melissa is Team Jacob and unable to tame her inner fangirl while writing the scripts. plus, I think she sucks at it. the scenes where she can let the characters do what she wants are usually quite good and funny but as soon as she has to adapt - FAIL. case in point: Meadow scene in Twilight, reunion scene in NM

I actually liked NM better then Twilight movie wise but was very dissapointed with the lack of the most important moment of the whole book. I have no hopes for Eclipse since I pretty much hate the book so Im just looking forward to a lot of RK kissing. Im ready to do a lot of cringing and eyes-shutting during it, no matter how awesoem a job DS and the actors do
