RLC Fic Rec – Faithfully
Last weekend my college roommate was in town for a visit, so I was doing my best to sneak some reading in between shopping and going out. I’d get in a chapter of a new fic I had decided to read and would have to stop when we would go out. I was only able to read about 3 chapters the entire weekend. Something happened though that only happens to me when I am reading something I really like: I couldn’t stop thinking about the story! I’d picture myself getting home and grabbing my iTouch to sneak in at least one more chapter! Didn’t happen though. Needless to say, I rushed back to my fic the second my friend went home after the weekend. Therefore, I think you all should rush to read this story too! I’m talking about Faithfully by LailaB.
Author’s synopsis: Edward, the lead singer of Eclipse, has always considered himself fulfilled. He has never desired an emotional connection with anyone outside his band or family, until he meets a much younger Bella on European summer tour. Will love prevail?
I love this story! It’s a lot of fun, it’s well written and I forget about everything else when I read it. Some of my fav stand outs: Edward is quite a bit older than Bella (love it!). He’s also caveman-type possessive about her (I never get tired of reading Edward this way). Bella has an Italian heritage, so her nicknames for Edward are of the Italian variety (very cute and different). She can also be a brat, but in an adorable way, and Edward spoils her. Edward’s band is pretty popular and there are lots of mentions of the paparazzi, and how they treat him and Bella as a couple. I thought this was pretty interesting when put into real life perspective, and the fact that these two are very much into PDA. Like, REALLY into PDA (read the fic, you’ll see the scenes I’m talking about!). The lemons are ultra hot. Also, this Edward and Bella wear a variety of tattoos and piercings which make for very cool visuals. Carlisle and Esme are also a hoot in this one.
What else can I say, except get your asses over to FFnet to read it or at the writers blog.

Well… I read …and in english ! yes, warm, hot, very hot… but clearly, with the so bad and rainy weather, it is welcome. But I am an old one ! good fanfiction…
always funny to see Edward/Bella with other – new – different psychologie, personality, mind and spirit… I do recommend but not for the very young.
Woah! Wholey Hell was that Haute! Good reccomendation, just wish there was more;-)
