How can words convey?
Every once in awhile, you meet people that it feels like you’ve known forever. The kind of people you wanna make sure that you do know forever. I am proud and happy to say that about each member of our staff. It was like the Universe lined-up and delivered the absolute perfect individuals to mine and Chonga’s internet doorstep. Each of them possesses different and unique skills that bring so much to our little enterprise, as well as Grade-A personalities, senses of humor, and the kind of friendship people write stories about.
The last few months have been some of the hardest of my life. I’m not going to bore you with the details, however I need to take a moment from our regularly scheduled fangirling (and fanboying in Kerensky’s case) to give individual thanks and acknowledge how fucktacular these people are. You held my hand through my darkest hour, and I don’t know that I could have done it without you.
Chonga
We’ve been together a long time, bb. I wouldn’t want anyone else for my internet wife. You’re the ying to my yang, and the better half of our partnership. You’re the good cop to my very bad cop. You’re a calming influence when I’d be more likely just to castrate first and ask questions later. You almost always keep your cool, you never say a bad word about anyone unless they REALLY deserve it, you give excellent advice, and your heart is as big and as deep as the ocean. I love you.

You’re like a sister from another mother’s vagina. You do an impeccable job as the General of our Robsten Army. Please don’t ever make us know what it’s like to live without you. You do things just the way we like it, and your marketing skills and blog-writing ability are invaluable assets to us. Personally, I find the way you e-mother us endearing as fuck, and when I’m sick and you’re fussing, it is adorable. You’re one of the most caring individuals I know, your advice is also excellent, and Dr. Handsy McGroperton is a lucky mofo to have you. I cannot wait to spend days squee’ing and cackling together in New York. Thank you for being a part of our family and the best kind of friend. <3

You’ve also been going through some big changes recently, and yet you are never too busy to listen to a friend in need. Your twitter skillz are unrivaled, your industry knowledge is top-notch, your blog posts are always fantastic and informative, and you bring a level of class to our operation we wouldn’t be able to achieve without you. You relate to me on a level not a lot of people can, and not just because of our X-Files connection. You fit right into our circle with the greatest of ease and made yourself at home. Your writing and editing skills are amazing, and you’ve really given our blog an extra polish and shine it was lacking. You’re an excellent listener, and your empathic nature and ability to provide comfort and sympathy shows the kind of heart you have is incomparable. You act all hard, but we know on the inside you’re all soft and gooey

You’re a very busy girl, so we unfortunately don’t get to see you as much as we’d like. What with the whole, you know, soccermom thing. However, you’re an extremely kind, generous, caring, and talented woman

How many sites have their very own Unicorn? Not many, I’d wager. Especially not one who is a God of Technology, extremely intelligent, an excellent writer, adorably staid and academic (although we have loosened you up considerably), funny, and generous. You are a welcome and necessary shot of testosterone into our little coven of estrogen. I will not embarrass myself by trying to find a way to say something in your mother tongue, and I may embarrass myself anyway. However, I hope you take it in the spirit it is offered and not focus on my mistakes *grins* Tack från djupet av mitt hjärta för allt du har gjort.
