    Okay this is in the TwiHard in me but I am tired of people confusing it. Garrett is NOT Edward's BFF in BD. In fact, he doesnt even know the Cullens. He is a nomad and just heard that something big was coming and wanted a chance to take down the Volturi because he loves adventure and hates what they stand for. He was not Edward's best friend and only joined the Denalis after the confrontation with the Volturi.

    Now onto Robsten. Poor Rob also got stalked by the stalkerazzi last weekend so hopefully Kristen was there to comfort her man in his time of need. Poor baby, we all know he already is paranoid so having people follow him all day must have been insane!

    Can't wait to see Rob at the TCAs…winner of so many awards! I hope this weekend is better than last for him.

    Did anyone really believe TL would not appear at the TCAs? He is up for some awards that I'm sure he'll win (best smile, red carpet, blah, blah).

    of course we knew Taylor was coming! he's at every damn award..like the kid but he's too hw material..

    wish Kristen could come!! reeaaaly want her to..it wont be the same without her at all!! crossing all my fingers!! xxx

    Of course Taylor will be at TCA, that is his audience, his main appeal is to tweens and teens. Summit spent tons of money promoting his abs…I mean him…to make teens fall for him so you bet he will be at TCA. I think that is the one award show he can actually win at. Rob beats him out at the other shows but Taylor might have a chance since teenagers are calling the shots. Still think Rob will win his fair share and I wish Kristen would show. That would be perfect!

    but what you said is true even though Twilight has a wide variety of fans of all ages most of them are teens so of course most of them have never even been in love yet so they dont understand the true meaning and message of the story. They just see the cute guy with the hot abs so they are automatically team jacob,but I think Rob does have a good chance of winning a good bit of the awards he's nominated for I just really hope Tay wins best smile he DEFINITELY deserves that one ;)

    I dont hate Taylor. I hate how Summit is using him like a piece of meat which in the long run wont help him. He is growing up and is already 18. He is going to lose his appeal with tweens and teens soon and if all the boy is being promoted as is a slab of meat then that isnt going to help his career. I want to see all the Twi cast do well in their futures but most of them have their actual acting ability to fall back on.

    Taylor still hasnt proven that he can take on a serious role and be a serious actor. They watered down Jacob's temperamental side because let's face it, Taylor doesnt pull off big bad wolf. He is too adorable and when he tries, it is pretty laughable. Besides Sharkboy and Lavagirl and the franchise, he doesnt have a strong resume so it would be nice to see him in something that shows that he can do something besides take off his shirt. His role in Valentine's Day wasnt very strong either so this could be problematic. Summit is banking on like you said that teens really dont know much about love or get the message. More than half of the fans screaming and vowing that they are suddenly Team Jacob havent even read the books or have the reasoning that Taylor's hot. That isnt good enough. If it is wrong to objectify women then it is wrong to do that to men. If Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears got bashed for showing some skin then why is it okay for a boy to be seen shirtless all the time? Remember that even before he landed the role in twilight there are plenty of pics with Taylor as a young teen shirtless. I just wish they would promote Taylor, not Taylor's body.

    The good thing about Rob is that he has the sex appeal plus can be taken seriously as an actor because he does serious roles as well. Taylor is young and has time to evolve but Summit has him typecasted as the abs already. Taylor will win some of the awards. But here is the question, how long will his appeal last at this rate. The thing about Hollywood is that if you are only one dimensional then you are bound to be left in the dust. Hot bodies comes a dime a dozen so hopefully Taylor will branch out and prove that he can do more than take off his shirt. Even with a nice smile, he needs to show that he can be more for the future. I want the whole cast to be more than just the Twilight franchise.

    I completely agree with you Taylor has a new movie coming out next year I think and it's supposed to be a serious type of role so hopefully we can really see his acting ability. The twilight cast pretty much already had established careers before Twilight I just think it brought them into a much bigger spotlight because none of them realized how big these books/movies were going to get. Now it's considered a world wide 'phenomenon'. Kristen has always been an amazing actress. Rob couldn't get an acting job before twilight now he says he's getting movie offers left and right. Even Anna Kendrick got an oscar nomination for another movie she did. Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz model so it's basically like everyone has something else to do besides twilight so I'm happy about that. The fact of the matter is probably no matter how big they get or whatever they do,I think people will always know them as the Twilight cast.
