Twilight: Eclipse Premiere!!!!
After the disappointment that was the New Moon Premiere I have to say we weren’t expecting a whole lot from the Eclipse Premiere. It’s amazing how much better things are when Rob & Stew walk together isn’t it? *smirks* Thank you Rob, Kristen, & Summit for totally delivering. To the fan who got Sharpie on Stew’s face…WTF, and lovin’ the burgundy suit Rohbear.
As usual, there were lots of live feeds to choose from; all with annoying hosts who blather ON and ON about shit we don’t care about. Lots of lame poseurs who don’t give a shit about Twilight on the carpet. But let me just say that Cameron Bright is totally my pedo crush. I’m considering making CameronBrightLove.com when he turns 18.
Nikki Reed & Elizabeth Reaser win the WTF awards for gowns tonight, and do designers not send Stephenie Meyer gowns? Is she buying her stuff at Mormons-R-Us or WalMart? It looked like she was wearing a plastic flower necklace and a maroon trenchcoat. Love you Steph, and I don’t give a crap about fashion but I was honestly baffled. She did look really tired though. Maybe she just didn’t care.
But who gives a CRAP about all that other stuff? Robsten Heaven. Stew has what Kerensky referred to as: “the ass to launch a thousand ships.” Totally gorgeous dress. Her nail-color looked pretty similar to the color of Rob’s suit too. Just sayin’. Rob proved he can rock pretty much anything spun out of cloth. That hair-cut is really growing on me too.
The number of live feeds available was ridic, and sometimes I was watching people from three angles. Also, there was an uncharacteristic lack of #fail with the feeds. I didn’t lose coverage once. I thought the black carpet with the huge Eclipse logo was a very cool idea too.
All-in-all a really epic premiere, and I’m so glad all our pessimism was totally uncalled for. Can’t wait to see more pics as they hit the interwebs! SQUEE!!!

Awww, i'm seriously so happy they posed for pictures together alone. I know taylors a big part of the movies as well and i love him but i really just wanted a few photos of just Rob and Kristen cause all in all, THEY are Edward & Bella and the main stars of these films. & for the new moon premiere i was disappointed to see just Kristen and Taylor pose together. FINALLY some Robsten pics. I know Summit's robot aka Taylor has to be by them every time possible but it was so nice to see these two share looks, smile at each other, and take pics alone! Loved Rob's suit….original unlike Taylor who wears the same type of thing every time….Kristen looked amazing, and contrary to popular belief, I think Nikki, Elizabeth, and Ashley looked great as well.

Great recap, Cee. Didn't manage to catch the live feeds but there's so much good stuff on the interwebs (and 29 pages of goodies on the Robsten Love forum thread) that it makes up for it. Although the SM comment was super funny and almost made me do a spit-take (lady, spend some of that bank you've made on Twilight on a stylist, please) thanks for keeping it Robsten centric and positive. There's no question about whose night it was.

Yes! Robsten didn't disappoint us! I wasn't expecting much coz I was disappointed in New Moon Premier but they surprised us! They are so beautiful together and they were even together in the after party, so cute!
