Is It Over Yet FFS?!?
It’s been a rough couple of weeks. While moving our forum was pretty much painless for the majority of members, there have been some hiccups. We’re really sorry about the crappy tech problems the last couple of days and the downtime today. Turns out our traffic penis was too large for the hosting package we purchased. Figures. Our internet kung-fu is very strong. So our web host did the equivalent of disabling the flusher on our toilet. You could still take a shit, but it was a real pain in the ass to flush.
So we paid to upgrade to a more bad-ass hosting package immediately, but unfortunately it took our host 3 days to move the forum to the new server. We asked them to re-enable the flusher on our toilet while the move took place, but apparently they don’t give a rat’s ass about Eclipse promotion, or that it was one of the worst possible times to have a broken toilet…er, forum. The site is fully active again and seems to be working fine, however it may take a day or two for some people’s name servers to update. What that means in Technotardian is that it may take some time for your internet service provider to point at the site on the new server instead of the site on the old server. You should delete your cookies, your caches, and your bookmarks.
We’ll be adding the features we had on the original forum back to this one over time. We’ll notify you as we do, so please pay attention to the Global Announcements. Be patient, however, because our wizard Kerensky is tired. Chonga and I have been riding him like a stallion cracking the whip so lucky to have his help, but he does have a very full life outside of assisting us in getting our love-child under control. If you notice any problems or bugs, please PM a Moderator or Administrator. Our next step will be integrating the blog here into the same server as our forum. We tire of Blogger, and long for a nice, contained little unit. Don’t worry though: that’s not going to cause any forum downtime or anything…I don’t think.
PLUS it will be our one-year anniversary on June 28th. Can you BELIEVE that? We never thought our forum would amount to much more than a place for us and a couple hundred other refugees from another forum far, far away to hang-out. We couldn’t have been more wrong. On the night we opened last year we had a Robsten Gif Off. A competition to see who could post the most Robsten Gifs. Well, we’re doing that again on our birthday, only this time you can post pics too, and we’re giving away real prizes. The 1st place winner will receive a $30 gift certificate for the movies, and you’ll use it to go see Eclipse if you know what’s good for you if you’re a real fan 
The 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive $15 gift certificates for book stores. Everyone is allowed to participate in the OFF, however we apologize that only residents of North America are eligible to win prizes. More information here.

So glad the site is up and running again! Thanks for all of your hard work with keeping it running..i am sure these last few weeks had you pulling your hair out…cannot wait for the pic off…have been downloading pics and gif's. Wow a year! I say it all the time, but i'll say it again…you all do a fantastic job keeping this site a respectful, drama free place that we can come on and get the latest robsten info and chat with friends. Thanks for all you do to maintain the integrity of the site. I really appreciate it, as do many others i'm sure!
I'm new to this blog and I just want to also express my gratitude for you keeping this site drama free and giving us the need to know && most recent news on RobSten I love it keep up the good work.
