We’ve been thinking about and preparing for this day for a little over a month now. You would think with all of that time I would have spent at least some of that planning out this post in advance. Alas, that’s not how I roll and I spent a few days mulling-it-over mentally, but I’m basically writing it by the seat of my pants. As of today, RobstenLove.com (our forum) has been in operation for an entire year. Can you BELIEVE it?
I know we have a lot of forum regulars who have been with us since day one. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We couldn’t have done any of this without you, and we couldn’t have asked for funnier, smarter, or cooler members than all of you. To all our new friends who have joined us along the way: we couldn’t be happier to have you, and we hope you stick around.
Some statistics that may interest you (traffic stats based on stats from prior to the site move):
- 3,360 forum members & 4,883 Twitter Followers.
- Approximately 1.4 Million page loads or “hits” per month.
- Approximately 350,000 unique visitors per month
- Most users ever online at once: 742
Chonga and I never expected our sites to amount to much of anything more than a place for us and the other refugees to hang-out. Thanks to the following people we could not have been more wrong. Our wonderful moderators past & present: SpunkMe, crryysstaal, ObsessiveTwiWriter, soccermom, happilyeverafter, RobstenLover, DKMulder, and Ever. Your kung-fu is the best. We also need to thank our new friend, and god of technology: Kerensky, for being kind, generous, and coming to us at the perfect time to save our asses. Without all of you we would be considerably less awesome.
To celebrate
we’re hosting the mother of all OFF’s this evening. There will be real prizes: 1st wins a $30 movie gift certificate, 2nd & 3rd win $15 book store gift certificates. I hope you’ve been stocking up on ammo! Or the Kimbonator will totally end you.
Last, but definitely not least, we need to thank Rob Pattinson & Kristen Stewart. For being such a joy to fangirl (and fanboi) over, for being excellent actors, for being down-to-earth, for being super-hot, and for not being a part of the cookie-cutter fame-whoring, Hollywood machine. In the immortal words of Mr. Spock, live long and prosper. Here’s hoping you have many more spectacular years both together & separately ahead of you.

Awww, I am so happy to say that I have been a part of this for a whole year. All of our MODS keep this place respectful and positive. I LOVE IT. Lots of noobs come in bringing new excitement for our lovely Rob and Kristen. Rarely a day goes by that I don't visit the website at least once. Thanks to all who make this place special and keep it sane! Yay!

Congratulations Ladies for a wonderful year! Though you may not have anticipated the site becoming what it has…it has been your dedication to make this site better than the other ones out there, that has made it what it is today. Though i was not one of the originals..and did not join til Decmeber..I have always felt like part of the family. What a great bunch of people this forum has. I am so glad i found you, and have found some great friends along the way. Here's to another great year for RLC and for Robsten. <3 you Cee and Chonga, and all the mods…all your hard work and dedication is what makes RLC the best Rob & Kristen site on the web.

Oh my gosh…that's amazing. Congrats to you guys!!! I always have loved the blog due to my overwhelming love and support for both Rob and Kristen. This is the BEST Robsten group out there. all your heads here are in the right places and you're all about love and support and I seriously appreciate that. Thank you soooo much for creating RobstenLove and I hope it grows and grows and grows. For one year though…wow you guys did a very good job!!!!!
So many good things have happened this year, including on this blog. I fell in love with your choice of words and your whole attitudes towards all this. You guys are just soo COOL. You know how to set it straight and that's just AWESOME. That's why I come here! Rob and Kristen are just two incredible people (even if they think they're not) who deserve all their success and all the happiness. I really look forward to seeing them progress TOGETHER and PROFESSIONALLY. i fell in love with them as Edward and Bella and I fell in love with this blog. Thank you guys, and happy birthday!!!!!!

Happy Birthday! I love reading your blog and forum. When I first saw Twilight, I thought R/K made a great pair, then when they became more than just co-stars, it was/is so heart-warming. Now, the more I learn about them, the more I like them as strong, smart individuals. They don't play the Hollywood game, and that's not always easy. Maybe that's why there are so many followers here. People see that they are genuine about their work and their adoration for each other. Here's hoping they will have many more amazing years to come, so Robsten Love can celebrate endless birthdays.
