Arrested Development
DRAMA! I am so glad this week is over. The short list of what we’ve dealt with over the last five days:
- People losing their collective shit over a photoshoot we haven’t even seen yet.
- Ted used the word “was”. That was brilliant, by the way Ted. You do realize that insane people pick apart every single word you utter looking for hidden messages right? I can’t even imagine the chaos that must be ensuing in the comment section at your site right now. I’ll ask my gold-diggers later but I’ll wager it’s epic. You’re lucky most of my members are scared of me or I’d have a world of work on my hands, and then I’d have to go out and get myself a Ted Voodoo Doll.
- Some bogus, snakeoil-salesman sounding “Gossip Boy” surfaces out of the ether with both year-old information and fantasies inspired from the minds of the more romantic and reality-challenged members of the fandom.
- Various and sundry technical difficulties with the forum that we’re still working on.
Lots of gossip and rumors floating around, allegedly Rob & Kristen are being subdued by the man, people are trying to tell us, the staff at my site, what we should be doing or saying about all of this and you know what? Pfffffffffffffffffft.
I can see the gossip headlines for next week already: “Robsten! Adopting 7 refugee orphans from Haiti!!!” #sarcasm
Ok, LMAOOO >.< Damn right. Hope next week will be better. Geez.

The worst part about this week has been that I´ve actually for the first time hesitated to go to my beloved board for fear of all the shit – and that makes me really angry! Oh, and you forgot the "break-up"

First of all, I love your post. Man, I'm freaking happy that this week is over. Let's just hope that the next one won't be worse. Like someone said in a previous comment, people just like to make shit up. *sighs*

But did you notice the rest of Ted's sentence? "And don't worry, R.P. and K.S. aren't into swinging, the Twilight duo was strictly monogamous." He's slipping some info in there that TPTB would very much like to keep secret. While they were filming Twilight, R/K were monogamous – no MA involved. Get it? That's the point of the "was".

I was fully expecting this from Ted and whomever else the few weeks before RM is released.
I'm surprised no one has brought up Alex Meraz's tweet on the site yet: "The medias having a field day with twisting my words. Makes sense though they simply ran out of "are Rob & Kristen dating!?" Rumors…"

Boy you really know how to cut to the chase, great post. You know if people haven't got it yet then I guess they really aren't going to. This is the first time I've posted in this section of your site, and I've spent the early part of the morning going as far back as your Nov 08 posts (you are spot on by the way) Yes we are Robsten shippers, but I would like to think that we are all Rob and Kris supporters also, your right, at the end of the day its their lives it doesn't effect us one way or the other, would I like for them to be a couple, of course, (by the way I was a Mulder and Sculley fan also) but its their lives not ours, can't we all just enjoy what they give us together or apart, I know Iam looking forward to following both of their careers for a long time to come. Am I still shipping for the fairytale, you betcha. Great site by the way. Thanks for providing us with all that you do.
Christ. There's a Gossip Boy now? Sorry {coughs} that I missed all this drama. My sanity is saved by being a bystander from afar now. As Always, you are direct, brutally honest and to the point. This is why you are amazing. Keep up the fantastic work. The Forum and the Blog are better than all the rest because of you and your Chonga and your staff.
