Flicks We Could Totally Fangirl Over
During the New Moon promotional tour, Kristen was asked if she would like to make other movies with Rob and she replied that they talk about it all the time! I would love to see them in a romantic drama, but while I wait for their Oscar winning performance together, I was thinking of some old movies I would love to see them re-make.
9 1/2 Weeks – Three words: Late. Night. Snack. The sexiest refrigerator raid I’ve ever seen.
Romeo and Juliet – *swoon* The original 1968 version please. Rob’s British accent + iambic pentameter = absolute hypnotic poetry. And Kristen, of course would be a beautiful Juliet. Actually this wouldn’t be a stretch from the Twilight storyline.
The Blue Lagoon – Ok, so the original sucked, but all I can focus on is half naked, wet Rob for an entire movie and teenage sexual discovery on a deserted island. Wait… maybe that’s Breaking Dawn! (if done properly) And for chant – Kristen gets to run around in very little clothing also!
When Harry Met Sally – Oh to see the expression on Rob’s face when Kristen performs the ‘fake orgasm’ scene would be priceless!
Love Story – Ryan O’Neil and Ali McGraw played the doomed couple in the original. Just a truly heartbreaking movie and Rob and Kristen would play it with the emotion it requires. A full tissue box tearjerker.
Gone With The Wind – Ah, the ultimate love-hate relationship. Kristen would be perfect as the firey, stubborn Scarlett; and Rob as the suave, sexy Rhett. Classic pairing. The entire movie is wrought with sexual tension, but the scene where Rhett carries a struggling Scarlett up the grand staircase to the bedroom… *thud*, except let’s not fade to black in the remake.
An Officer and A Gentleman – Rob in uniform *SWOON* Rob doing push-ups *DIES* Rob fighting shirtless *GASP* The final scene when Zack struts into the factory and sweeps Paula off her feet makes me want to stand up and applaud every time!
So what do you all think? What movie would you like to see re-made starring Rob and Kristen?

waaaahhhhh i love it!!! i almost forgot how much i heart the movie the blue lagoon (both versions). i also would love to see them do their own rendition of "an affair to remember" or "love affair." and since they both admitted to bonding over the movie "last tango in paris," they totally should do it as well

Great post Smom. So my top pick would be Casablanca. Then probably Breakfast at Tiffanys. Love those movies. I would also so pick Dirty Dancing if Rob knew how to dance. LOL.
