In Your Face Vanity Fair!!!
When I wrote yesterday’s blog post I had no idea that Tuesday, November 3rd 2009 would redefine the term “EPIC WIN” for Robstens. I’m a pretty laid-back kind of Robsten believe it or not (no, seriously ask anyone around the forums.) I’m not phased by much. But right now my fingers are shaking so much from excitement that I can barely compose this post. Thankfully I don’t work alone, and this event drew RobstenLove.com staff from far & wide to SQUEE over the PURE GOLD that is the ASSLOAD of Harper’s Bazaar outtakes of the Rob & Kristen photo shoot that leaked yesterday.
Chongalicious, Soccermom, OTW, and I threw-on some Kings of Leon, slipped into something a little more comfortable, popped-open the bubbly, broke-apart some Toblerone bars (yeah that was a reference to a certain principe della mafia…we’re not gonna front), piled-into the RobstenLove.com California-King-Sized Bed, and loaded these bad boys into our digital projector. OTW: Ok, I’m just going to go through it nice and slow, make it a long and painful process that is thoroughly enjoyable. Kind of like sex, I’d imagine.

Soccermom: Someone at the forum mentioned that Stew is just gorgeous here, and it’s really almost like the shoot is all about her and Rob is just standing by loving her.

C2R: Drink-up Robbie! I personally feel he isn’t partying hard enough. Boyfriend needs about six-months off, with Stew, living above a cantina in Mexico somewhere.

OTW: Psh. I’m sure she’s proud he’s bulked up a little now that he’s in front of the camera so much.

This has undoubtedly been the funnest day we’ve had since we started the forums. Better than the Richards on Richards pics, The KoL concert, The MTVMA’s, and the Morning After Pics. PLUS for an added bonus we didn’t get them from papz!! Mark Seliger, I’m not sure which way you swing buddy, but I’m sure I can guarantee you a ridiculous amount of sexual favors. Our forum does house over 800 totally blissed-out women right now, and one dude but I’m not sure I could negotiate that transfer.
…and the time has come!!! Time to pry the title of Robsten Kryptonite from Vanity Fair’s cold, dead fingers. For more than a year you’ve been the gift that keeps on giving VF Pics!!! But you have been thoroughly and decidedly PWNT!!!

This was so fun to read! Yesterday was epic. I've really never seen anything like it – it was like the squee heard round the world, and I was proud to be a part of it. And I'm sure chant thanks you for not promising him to Mark Seliger, but I would be happy to sign on the 'show our appreciation' bandwagon, LOL. <3

WOOO a grand day was had by all. I'm still pinching myself.
So as you girls probably know, I've never been a true Robsten like Smom. I more of a Whateversen because whatever they decide to do is fine – bang, don't bang, love, don't love. I guess I just never got into the idea of them together as much as I was just in lust with Rob. But these pictures are incredible. I love that Kristen is smiling in them. I think this is her best photo shoot yet. I think she looks more grown up and mature here. They both look so happy and we don't get to see that enough anymore with all the paps following them. So Smom said I could be an honorary Robsten for the day (thanks Smom!). But tomorrow I get Rob all back to myself.
And another confession I have to make – I actually really like the garbage bag dress Kristen is wearing. Great pics HB!!

Seriously everyone, this is the closest I've ever seen her come to falling off the fence! Ah, the power of Robsten eye sex and HB!
Ok, first let me say I had no idea you all were in gchat! For some reason my cell had no service in the evening, probably broken from the Robsten love fest squeee texting heard round the world. But around 12:30 AM, all of a sudden I get like 12 texts from Smom at once saying gchat!!, where are you?! Did you die from looking at the pics?! *sigh* so I had no idea ya'll were having such a fun par-tay without me. Oh well, next time, someone CALL ME! haha
Now, that we got that settled…
OMG! This was the best day…better than Vanity Fair Kiss day! And that is saying a lot coming from ME! They are just completely beautiful together! The love is more than evident between them.
My favorite things about it are:
~Rob's HUGE Love-Drunk-On-Kristen Smiles
~The way Kristen touches his face and looks at him when he is holding her outside
~THE LOVE BRACELET <3
~The way they interlock their fingers when he leads her down the staircase.
~The way Rob has his hand on her throat/chest.
~The fact they had to move Kristen's hand in that pic…(she must have been a little excited when he went all Domward on her UNGH!)
~Rob down on his knees worshiping her completely.
~The fact that Kristen is BEAUTIFUL!!
~The motorcycle snuggle is so HAWT! The only thing better would have been if she was in front facing him *wink* ifyaknowwhatimsayinandithinkyado
~And now the HB article seals the deal for me. They are together. Period. I have 0 doubt. They are letting us know with all of this.
Kristen is so lucky. Rob is so lucky. I am happy they have each other. As much as I and 800 women in our forum would love to have Rob for ourselves and Kristen as our best friend, we are mature enough to know that will never happen and that the reality is his heart belongs to Kristen…where it rightly should. I hope they continue to nuture and protect their relationship. I think they were very generous to the fandom to do this photoshoot and article to share with the public.
Thank you Rob and Kristen very much for giving us a small peek at your lives together. We are ecstatic you have each other. We wish you continued happiness.
