Are You A Believer?
The battle over Robsten has been ongoing since the world discovered that a man as desirable as Robert Pattinson should not be sleeping alone. Discussing Robsten has become as dangerous as discussing religion or politics. I have read through millions of comments this past year, have had too many heated discussions on various blogs, and I’ve come to realize that there are very distinct camps on this topic…
Nonsten (KStew hater) – For whatever reason they HATE Kristen: she’s a pot smoker, she’s unattractive, she’s a horrible actress, blah blah blah. Bottom line: according to these Nonstens she’s not good enough for Rob. I respect your opinions, but I have no respect for just being mean. There is no point trying to convince this group otherwise, as they cannot be swayed. You can discuss anything Rob-related with this group, however it is best to avoid the topic of Kristen Stewart.
Nonsten (Pics/Press Conference or it didn’t happen) – This group is ok with Kristen. She wouldn’t be their first choice for Rob, but they require absolute, definitive proof of a relationship before accepting it. What is their definition of proof? A candid kissing pic (not from a photo shoot), an official proclamation of love directly from Rob and/or Kristen, or a sex-tape in which both Rob and Kristen are clearly visible. This is a volatile group also. Do not discuss the possibility of Robsten unless you can produce said evidence.
The Fence Sitter – Gosh, I want to believe they are together. They make a great couple and there looks like a lot of evidence, but I’m waiting for the PDA pic and public declaration before I commit. This group is approachable and open to any evidence you want to discuss, just expect them to be skeptical.
Whateversten – K Stew… Whoever… as long as someone is keeping Mr. Patty happy because that ass-candy is too sweet to not be getting any action.
Closet Robsten – Yes, you believe that Rob and Kristen are in love, and will discuss with other Robsten fans. Yet you just can’t admit it to others outside the Robsten-circle since there isn’t absolute proof. You hang out at the Robsten Love Forum. You’ll soon realize that there are several of us “full blown Robstens” and learn how to discuss Robsten outside the circle and still appear “normal”.
Robsten Shipper – You love Rob. You love Kristen. You love them together. They should be together. They are perfect together and not just because they play Edward and Bella. You defend their relationship and present your evidence to anyone receptive to it. RobstenLove.com is your home. To be a full-fledged Robsten Shipper you must be willing to endure the denials in the press, the crap from the tabloids, and yes: the Nonstens calling you crazy. It’s ok to be upset by these things. Believe me, I am. I won’t deny that the evidence is completely circumstantial: video/photographic evidence of stolen glances & intimate touches, and tweets and blogs from “insiders”. But believing means trusting what your eyes and heart tell you.
Which group is right? We may never know, and a believer understands that only Rob and Kristen know the true extent of their relationship. Friends, lovers, both? We as believers are not entitled to ANY explanation from them. Can these groups co-exist peacefully? Yes, but only if we understand and respect the opinions and boundaries of others. We ALL share one thing in common and that’s Rob and his happiness, and for true Robsten believers that includes Kristen’s happiness too.

I proudly proclaim that I am a solid Robsten Shipper. I have the will power to ignore all the crap that's out there and believe what I see with my own two eyes (or 4 since I wear glasses-LOL!).

Um… can I have my own group called, "None-of-my-business-sten"? I just don't see why anyone cares? I wouldn't want him (or her) asking about *my* personal life! It's not that I am looking for proof, or a denial, or that I want them to be or not to be together; I just think that this is their business and theirs alone. I am a fan of their WORK, not their love life!
Great post Smom! I adore Kristen & Rob, they're such amazing people. I love and believe in Robsten. I don't need any proof (although I wouldn't mind if any showed up :p) to know that these 2 are together. The way they look at each other is proof enough for me.

Love thier work, love them, love people who love them and love thier work, love people who spread the love so…I'm on the LoveBoat..La.la.la..(or ship) and I'm lovin it.
So, I've said it before, I'm a whateversen. I'm not so much into their love lives as I am getting to see more movies, pics, interviews of Rob. I just like to lust after Rob. And to the haters that don't like KStew because she smokes pot – eff off. And although I'll always be a mean girl at heart, I have come around to KStew. Don't know that I'll ever earn a Robsten patch, but I can play nice in the sandbox with all the "stens".

I'm a total shipper.. But I have to say I love the video above of them walking on stage. She has this grin on her face like Rob just smacked her ass, and he's looking at her sheepishly! Love it!
they are so in love! you can tell by how rob looks at her and she looks back. it will be interesting to see the pics taken with rob and emilie to promote remember me.

Playing devil's advocate…there is one missing, what about a person who loves Kristen but accepts Rob 'cause he's her choice. Me personally, I'm a shipper!
